The hotel felt like a castle with incredibly friendly staff, offering a quiet and calm stay away from the hustle and bustle. The breathtaking views of the valley and the Kanchenjunga mountains were outstanding. However, issues like dirty laundry and lack of hot water affected the overall experience.
